AJHerbs.com is operated by AJ Herbs, a family-run herbal wellness business based in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Everything we publish — articles, FAQs, product descriptions — reflects traditional Malaysian herbal knowledge and our own research, written under our “Wrong Default” editorial standard: every claim checked from both directions, primary sources cited where available, overclaims and underclaims both flagged rather than left to stand.

Orders and pricing

• Prices shown on the site or quoted to you are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and may change without prior notice.
• Standard minimum order is 1 kg per product for our vacuum-sealed 500 g packs. Custom pack sizes require a 30 kg minimum.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock — in which case we’ll notify you and refund any payment already made for that order.

Product sourcing

Our Tongkat Ali and Kacip Fatimah are wild-harvested. Because of this, we do not issue a Certificate of Origin (COO), and natural variation in root size, color, and appearance between batches is normal and not a defect.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery and pickup arrangements are covered in full in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. In short: we’re online-only with appointment-based pickup, and delivery is arranged through courier partners such as Grab Express or Lalamove.

Age and eligibility

Our products are intended for adult use. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or ordering with the consent of a parent or guardian.

All written content on AJHerbs.com, including articles, research summaries, and the “Wrong Default” editorial framework, is the intellectual property of AJ Herbs unless otherwise credited. You’re welcome to share links to our content; please don’t republish substantial portions elsewhere without asking us first.

Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this site, but we don’t guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, AJ Herbs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products.
